1. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of the breeder's knowledge,
and has been vaccinated and dewormed according to veterinarian standards for the age of
the puppy. The guarantee is warranted to the purchaser to the close of the three days (72
hours). The puppy is not guaranteed for Parvo, Giardia, Corona, or Coccidiosis after 3
days (72 hours) of purchase.
2. Purchaser is to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within these three days
(72 hours). Should the examining licensed veterinarian find this puppy to have a serious life
threatening illness or disease you must notify the breeder with in 4 days of purchase to
make a claim of a replacement puppy. Purchaser must return the puppy to the breeder with
signed registration papers and a written statement from the licensed veterinarian signed by
him. The licensed veterinarian statement must explain health risk, description of symptoms,
and diagnosis. Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian of breeder's choice to have diagnosis verified.
3. The puppy is guaranteed to the original purchaser for one (1) year from date of shipping
against genetic diseases that make it unsuitable for the purpose of family pet. Purchaser
understands that this guarantee is only valid for genetic problems that are life threatening
and not due to accident or contagious diseases and/ or illness.
4. All veterinarian bills and shipping costs incurred by the purchaser are at the purchaser's
expense.
5. If purchaser qualifies for a replacement puppy, purchaser may choose another of equal
value if available. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement puppy.
Please research the any breed of dogs before purchasing to be aware of common diseases
(including genetics) and vaccinations.
